Málaga isn´t an expensive place to live in. You can have a glass of beer and a tapa for about €2.50. A typical Spanish breakfast can be bought for just €3 (this includes a coffee, orange juice, and a toasted sandwich called a Pitufo). Good coffee is hard to come by, the Spaniards do coffee well – it´s just knowing how to order coffee in Málaga that matters! You will need approximately 30€ per week for your groceries. There are plenty of supermarkets and places at competitive prices. The historic center is small and easy to walk around so there is not a great need for using public transport in Málaga.

Malaga is beautiful a city on the southern coast of Spain right on the Mediterranean Sea. The city is steeped in culture and Spanish tradition and it has a big international airport and excellent bus connections providing easy access to other cities such as Sevilla, Granada, and Cordoba. Our training center is located in Plaza Misericordia just minutes from the old town and Malagueta beach. Malaga also has one of the most desirable climates with an average annual temperature of 23ºC. If that isn’t enough to entice you, it has something for everyone. Malaga is bustling with theatres, museums, plazas, tapas bars, Moorish tearooms (teterías), and stylish hotels, many featuring trendy rooftop terraces with bars, pools, and stunning views.

Tasks:

You will be responsible for teaching the classes, monitoring the students (attendance, grades, reports, etc.), completing online reports at the end of each term, as well as other tasks of the center.

Experience is not required but a plus. It is really important for our partners to have teachers able to communicate and work with children.  They for sociable people with a clear teaching vocation who are passionate about children and the world of the youngest, and with skills to teach English.

The working day will be from Monday to Friday between 16.15-20.30. Currently, it would be 16h / week at € 10 per hour (after taxes/net). The schedule can be extended throughout the course.
